I can’t watch Sonny on General Hospital without thinking of this image now. And laughing, of course.
I love how Sonny keeps mentioning that, yeah, he shot Dante, but in his defense, he didn’t know that Dante was his son. As if that makes it any better. So it’s okay if you shoot a cop (or anyone for that matter) if it’s not your son? I can just see Sonny on trial now. “Well, you see, your honor, I didn’t know he was my son. I should have known he was my son. He has my good qualities. But I didn’t know he was my son, so I shot him. I shot my own son, but it’s okay, see, because I want to be there for my kids. I want to make this right. I didn’t know he was my own son. Also, I don’t know where the towels are in my own house.”
